Practical information

Arrival, from 15:00
- Collect the keys from the secure box (the code is sent to you before you arrive)
- Park in private space no. 797
- Enter the apartment through its own private door
- Take a quick look round to check everything is in order
- Connect to the Wi-Fi (the details are displayed inside)
Departure, before 10:00
- Leave before 10 a.m.
- Leave the apartment clean and tidy
- Clean any appliances you have used
- Empty the fridge
- Take out and empty all the bins
- Close the patio doors and the roller shutters
- Check the cupboards for anything left behind
- Switch off the air conditioning units and the television
- Put the sheets and linen in the laundry basket (in the boiler cupboard)

- Please treat the apartment and its outdoor areas with care, and avoid any damage.
- Pets
- Pets are not allowed during the stay.
- No smoking
- Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartment.
- Parties and gatherings
- No large parties, and please keep noise down after 10 p.m.
- Additional guests
- No extra guest may stay without the owners having been told beforehand.
- Safety
- Children remain under their parents' supervision in the pools and around the complex.
Guide to the appliances
- Samsung NV7B40502AK oven
- Choose the mode (fan, grill, steam…), set the temperature (up to about 250 °C) and, if you wish, the cooking time or timer; it switches off by itself when the time is up.
- Samsung MS20A7013AB microwave
- Put the dish in, select the time and power (6 levels), then press “Start” (press again to add time). The turntable starts on its own.
- Whirlpool WHC18D07A1 fridge
- Set the temperature you want and the appliance keeps it there; the freezer limits frost build-up and needs defrosting only occasionally.
- Nespresso coffee machine
- Fill the water tank, insert a capsule, close the lever and press “Espresso” or “Lungo”.
- Air conditioning
- Please use it sparingly: set it between 24 °C and 26 °C, keep doors and windows closed while it runs, and switch it off when you go out.
- Ceiling fans
- A natural way to cool the room: speed 1 or 2 is the most comfortable.
- Washing machine
- Choose the programme and the temperature, then press “Start”.
Bed and bath linen
- Towels
- One set per person (one large, one small), for indoor use only. Beach and pool towels are not provided.
- Bed linen
- Provided for every bed (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases); the beds are made up before you arrive.
- Change during your stay
- Available on request, as an optional service and subject to availability.
- Hairdryer & iron
- The hairdryer is in the upstairs bathroom cupboard; the iron is next to the washing machine.

- Tennis
- In season (July and August), the reception office on Place de la Martinique is open for court bookings.
- Residence swimming pool
- Free access with the wristbands provided. A €50 charge applies if a wristband is lost or broken.
