• On Saturdays the Boulevard des Hébrides barrier is open: you can unload right outside the apartment
• Collect the keys from the secure box (the code is sent to you before you arrive)
• Then park in private space no. 797, 400 to 500 m away — on other days a closer public car park is available
• Enter the apartment through its own private door
• Take a quick look round to check everything is in order
• Connect to the Wi-Fi: the details are in the welcome booklet, kept in the apartment

• Leave the apartment clean and tidy
• Clean any appliances you have used
• Empty the fridge and the freezer
• Take out and empty all the bins
• Close the patio doors and the roller shutters
• Check the cupboards for anything left behind
• Switch off the air conditioning units and the television
• Put the sheets and linen in the laundry basket (in the boiler cupboard)
• Put the keys back in the key box and close it properly

Respect for the property

Please treat the apartment and its outdoor areas with care, and avoid any damage.

Pets

Pets are not allowed during the stay.

No smoking

Please do not smoke or vape inside the apartment.

Parties and gatherings

No large parties, and please keep noise down after 10 p.m.

Additional guests

No extra guest may stay without the owners having been told beforehand.

Safety

Children remain under their parents' supervision in the pools and around the complex.

Oven

Choose the mode (fan, grill, steam…), set the temperature, up to 250 °C, and, if you wish, the cooking time or timer; it switches off by itself when the time is up.

Microwave

Put the dish in, select the time and power (6 levels), then press “Start” (press again to add time). The turntable starts on its own.

Fridge

Set the temperature you want and the appliance keeps it there; the freezer limits frost build-up and needs defrosting only occasionally.

Capsule coffee machine

Fill the water tank, insert a capsule, close the lever and press “Espresso” or “Lungo”.

Air conditioning

Please use it sparingly: set it between 24 °C and 26 °C, keep doors and windows closed while it runs, and switch it off when you go out.

Ceiling fans

Several speeds, and two directions of rotation: in summer the blades push the air downwards and cool the room; in winter the reverse direction brings the warm air back down from the ceiling without creating a draught.

Washing machine

Choose the programme and the temperature, then press “Start”.

Towels

One set per person (one large, one small), for indoor use only. Beach and pool towels are not provided.

Bed linen

Provided for every bed (fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases); the beds are made up before you arrive.

Change during your stay

A full fresh set handed over mid-stay, available as an option in the quote from 8 nights.

Hairdryer & iron

The hairdryer is in the upstairs bathroom cupboard; the iron is next to the washing machine.

Tennis

Courts can be booked online at ballejaune.com/club/capcoudalere, once you have created an account. In season (July and August), the reception office on Place de la Martinique is also open for bookings.

Village swimming pool

Access included, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with the wristbands provided. They must be returned on departure: a lost or broken wristband is charged at €50.

Bins

Grey, yellow and green containers on the edge of the village.

Up to six guests, in three bedrooms. A self-contained bedroom with a 160 cm double bed on the garden level, opening straight onto the terrace, and two connecting bedrooms upstairs: a 140 cm bed in one, 90 cm bunk beds in the other.

Yes. The Triplex has air conditioning and ceiling fans, with several speeds and both a summer and a winter direction.

Yes, a private parking space — number 797 — included in your stay, with nothing extra to pay or book. It sits 400 to 500 m from the apartment: allow five to seven minutes on foot. A municipal by-law only allows vehicles to load and unload near the apartments on Saturdays, during the day: the barrier on boulevard des Hébrides is open that day. On other days, a public car park closer than the private space is available to you.

Yes, three steps lead to the front door, and the residence has no lift. The apartment then spreads over three levels linked by two staircases fitted with handrails: one goes down to the garden-level bedroom and its terrace, the other up to the two connecting bedrooms. Every bedroom is therefore reached by stairs.

Yes. The pool belongs to the Cap Coudalère village and access is included, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., with the wristbands handed over on arrival. They must be returned on departure: a wristband that is not returned is charged an extra 50 €. The village also has tennis courts, pétanque pitches and table-tennis tables.

The harbour and the shops are a few minutes away on foot. The beach is a quarter of an hour by bike — adult and children's bikes can be hired on Place de la Martinique, with trailers and baby seats.

No. Pets are strictly forbidden in both apartments, with no exception. Smoking indoors is forbidden as well.

Yes, on request, and free of charge. Simply mention it when you send your booking request.

Arrival is from 3 p.m., departure before 10 a.m. Keys are collected from a key safe whose code is sent to you before arrival, and put back there on departure: there is nobody to wait for, at either end of the stay.

Linen is an option: fitted sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels, with the beds made up before you arrive. From eight nights on, a full change during the stay can be added, also as an option. Both are ticked in the quote, which shows their price.

Yes, completely: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, capsule coffee machine, air fryer and rice cooker. The apartment also has a washing machine, a hairdryer and an iron.

Yes. The apartment is connected to fibre and has its own router: a video call goes through without you having to think about it.
